Drew Blythe Barrymore (born February 22nd, 1975) is an American actress. She has been awarded numerous accolades which include an award from the Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award as and five Emmy Award nominations and a BAFTA nomination. She is part of the Barrymore family, and is the great-granddaughter John Barrymore. Barrymore became a famous child actress because of her character in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. She released Little Girl Lost, her autobiography about her childhood of addiction to alcohol and drugs. In the 90s she appeared in many films, including Poison, Boys on the Side and Mad Love. Barrymore appeared in several films alongside Adam Sandler, including The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates, and Blended.
